We have been certified as a “childcare support company” under the Act on Promotion of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation (Next Generation Act).
We have long formulated action plans, promoted the acquisition of childcare leave systems, implemented no-overtime days, and worked to create an environment in which employees can work comfortably. We will continue to strive to be a company in which it is easier for all employees to work.

On November 14, 2023, the Kurumin Certification Notice Presentation Ceremony was held at the Kumamoto Labor Bureau, and we received the certification notice from the Director of the Kumamoto Labor Bureau.

This is proof that the company has been certified by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare as a “childcare support company.”
Based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation, companies that have formulated a general employer action plan, have achieved the goals set out in the plan, and meet certain standards can apply to be certified by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare (Kurumin certification) as a “childcare support company.” The proof of this certification is the “Kurumin mark.”
